Shipping Policy

•Brand offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi, and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product.

•For international shipping the rates vary as per the country and courier

•We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 7 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

• The company may choose to change the above policies at its own discretion.

•An automated e-mail will be sent when your order is submitted. If the item you ordered is not in stock you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation information.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations RETURNS

Return Period:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items:

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as underwear, gymwear, perfumes, deoderent or personalized items, are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
By making a purchase with us, you agree to adhere to our return policy outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

1. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, buy X Get Y,  Free gift along with the product are ineligible for returns.
3. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 is charged, which will be deducted from the refund or will be credited in the wallet.
