REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations RETURNS

Return Period:

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items:

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as underwear, gymwear, perfumes, deoderent or personalized items, are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@nauticonwearables.com with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
